Chiyou is an illustrator whose specialty is drawing women and whose focus is on local issues. Common themes include Taiwanese folklore, ecology, and erotic art. His oeuvre has been called a “new artistic experience.” His 2014 publication “Collection of Taiwan High School Uniforms” earned great attention in both Japan and Taiwan.
